Sanjay Pradhan: Founder & CEO
Sanjay Pradhan, who is the Founder & CEO of Max Secure Software, has been recognized for his leadership and team-building skills in technology and management. He has held a successful International career of almost two decades starting in the U.S.A with companies pioneering in Real Time Dynamic Simulation, Artificial intelligence, designing and deploying Control systems using Batch Processes. At a Fortune 500 company, he successfully held various positions with increasing responsibilities in the technical and business development. He traveled extensively to work with a large diverse client base. His key responsibilities during his tenure at the Fortune 500 firm was establishing the India office where he developed and managed key client-relationships and delivered solutions. At Max Secure Software, he is responsible for overall business Strategy, Marketing and Product development.

He received his B.S in Chemical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology (I.I.T.) Kanpur in 1986. He did his M.S from  Carnegie Mellon University, (C.M.U.) Pittsburgh in 1987, in Artificial Intelligence and Optimization.

His favorite activity is motivating employees to perform at their Best. He believes in Honesty, Integrity and Value. He is always encouraging Automation of processes and deploying Expert systems in the Software Development Life Cycle. He attaches great importance to Innovation. He has deep concern for his employee well-being. Whenever he finds time from work, he enjoys spending time with his cute Labrador puppy and his 3 boys.

Rachna Pradhan: Co-Founder & CTO
Rachna Pradhan is the Co-founder and Chief Technical Officer at Max Secure Software. She directs the technology vision behind Max Secure Software's product development. She assesses emerging technologies for the existing and new products to make them highest performing and customer friendly. Her main objective is to have as much complex functionality as possible in the back-end but front-end very easy to use such that customers view Max Secure products a best of breed solution. Her versatile career includes extensive experience of over 20 years working in the U.S.A. and India. She has successfully managed projects providing varied solutions in the field of R&D, Design, Manufacturing and QA/Testing in diverse technology sphere, right from manufacturing of Television sets, developing Power supplies for missile launchers, designing Photo Cameras, building Power distribution sub-stations, Quality Audit of Nuclear power plants to Managing Software Projects and Products.

She holds BS in Electrical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology (I.I.T.) Kanpur in 1985. She is a Project Management Professional (PMP) and holds PGDBM (Operations Research).  She has also completed several Computer Science and Web Technologies courses.

She handles technology with enthusiasm and develops innovative solutions with very persistent approach. She is an entrepreneur who believes in thinking out-of-the box. She drives employees  about producing highest Quality Solutions. Most technology breakthroughs in Max Secure Software products were possible because of her Passion to experiment the ideas to fruition. She relentlessly develops the continually learning and evolving attitude in her employees. Passion for Excellence is nurtured in the culture of the organization. She is an avid reader of Security related articles, mostly on-line. She spends the rest of her time with Yoga, Gym, reading, cooking, painting and kids. Her mission is to accelerate the rate of change in SDLC through efficient Product Architecture, quickly improve the company's Products Performance technologically and to Go Where No Competition Has Gone Before.
