What do you check in client selection interface?

We check for the following things when we connect to PC in the Client Selection interface:

  • OS(Operating System) of the machine
  • If the machine is online or offline
  • Admin$ is shared or Not
  • Need to activate Classic View in case of XP client
  • If the user has installed some firewall then firewall should allow SDEEService.exe for listening on ports (6000 – 6010)
