Windows XP

  1. First right click on the empty space on desktop.
    Click on Properties.
  2. Display properties window will open. Click on Settings tab.
    Click on Advanced button.
  3. Select 96 DPI from the DPI setting and Apply.
  4. If this does not resolve your problem then just follow below steps:
    In the same display properties window, go to the Appearance tab.
  5. In the Windows and buttons: choose Windows XP style. Click on the Advanced button the Advanced Appearance window will open.

  6. Make the below settings in this window.

Active title bar 25
Active window border 1
Caption button 25
Icon 32
Icon spacing (horizontal) 43
Icon spacing (vertical) 43
Inactive title bar 25
Inactive window border 1
Menu 19
Palette title 17
Scroll bar 17
Selected Items 19
