I am unable to send Export Log.
If you
are getting error while sending Export Log, then
please click on Export Log button,
wait for the Export Log window asking your Email
ID and comment to come.
After that
please follow below mentioned steps to resolve
the issue.
- Click
on My Computer or Computer (if you are Windows Vista user).
- Go to the location C:\Program Files\Max Spyware Detector. (Here
C is the drive where your operating system is
installed.)
- This
will open the Max Spyware Detector folder.
- Find Log folder in the Max
Spyware Detector folder.
- Select the Log folder and
right click.
Then select "Send To -> Compressed
(Zipped) Folder" option.
- It will create Log.zip file. Please send Log.zip as
an attachment to us at info@maxpcsecure.com
