- Please do Live Update.
- Run the Full Scan.
- Clean the spyware found and restart the PC.
- Run the Full Scan again and now click on the Export Log button and mail
us the report with reference to the issue you
are facing here.
You can send us the links of the pop-up or the
Urls of the websites from where you are getting
the pop-up with the Export Log.
